Our first annual craft fair will take place after the 10 am service on September 24. To make sure worshippers at both services have the opportunity to participate, items will be on display only between the 8 and 10 am services; they will be available for purchase only after the 10:00 service has concluded. If you see an item you would like to buy, but cannot stay until after the 10 am service, consider asking a friend to purchase it for you. Please bring your crafts to the church between 10:00 am and noon on Friday, September 22. If these hours are not convenient, please contact Cristina Montana at 561-703-8600 to arrange a more suitable time. If your craft involves perishable food, please let Cristina know and bring your contribution on Sunday morning. If your craft involves a service to be provided, such as gardening or mowing, please email Cristina (email@example.com) a description of your donation by Friday. The fair includes one silent auction item, the Gourmet Wine Dinner for Eight. Bidding on that item will be closed at noon on Sunday, September 24, and the winner will be announced at that time. The dinner is scheduled for 6:30 pm on Saturday, September 30. Many, many thanks to everyone who has come forward to offer an item for this first craft fair. Your enthusiastic response truly reflects the mutual commitment we have to our parish and to its outreach activities. Proceeds from the craft fair will be used to support our food distribution program that provides assistance to local families in need.
