Rachel Rausch, Church Musician firstname.lastname@example.org
Rachel was born and raised in Yorkshire, England, and studied music at college in London. She's been playing the piano since she was seven. She came to Colorado in 1993, met her future husband, Steve, and never left! Steve is a Ski Patroller and Avalanche Technician at Aspen Mountain, and they have an 11 year old daughter, Eva. They live in Glenwood Springs with June, their avalanche rescue dog, and Sugar the rabbit. She has been the church musician at St. Peter's since September 2014 and absolutely loves it.
Barbara Uboe, Assistant to the Vicar email@example.com; 970.927.4235
Barbara is originally from Connecticut. After getting her French degree from Brown University, and her M.S.Ed degree, she moved to Europe, where she lived for 26 years. Her three grown children and her grandson all live in Scandinavia. Barbara spent 2 years in Ecuador, as a volunteer and teaching English to business executives, before coming to Carbondale. Because of moving from country to country, she has had a variety of work experience; everything from running non-profits in Norway, a university department in France, and a boutique hotel in Carmel, CA, to being an office manager at Pepsi in Oslo, a real estate office in Willits, and now at St. Peter’s. She is also teaching at Aspen High School. She loves living in the mountains, and is thrilled to be a part of the community here at St. Peter’s.
